FAQs
When should I place my order?
1
We always advise to have your order placed the day before to which ever farmers market you will be picking up from. Orders placed day of will most likely not be accounted for.
Do we ship?
2
Unfortunately due to the sensitive nature of our products we can not ship our dishes. As we do not use preservatives, shipping circumstances such as time, temperature and distance can cause our food to perish sooner than their shelf life may suggest.
Can you take our items on a flight?
3
Yes! We have had many clients who have taken our products on flights as their meal or snack. We do advise though to not take anything with beef or chicken to avoid any issues with TSA. Additionally we advise if you are to get a dip of any kind, to be sure to have something to keep it stored cool. Otherwise many of our pastas and salads have worked out well for clients in the past.
What kind of oils do we use?
3
We only ever use cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil for the past 12 years. In fact, we have been using this olive oil from one farm just a couple hours north of LA all this time. No seed oils, no hydrogenated oils, no nothing - except for simple olive goodness.
